The SureFlap Microchip Cat Flap Connect is designed for pet owners who want complete visibility and control over their cat’s outdoor access. Using your pet’s unique microchip or a Sure Petcare RFID Collar Tag, the cat flap only opens for authorised pets-helping keep stray animals out and offering a secure environment for your cat.
By connecting the flap to the Sure Petcare Hub (sold separately), you can link it to the Sure Petcare App and monitor your pet’s movements in real time. The app notifies you when your pet enters or leaves, tracks their activity patterns, and even alerts you to changes in behaviour that could signal health concerns.
The app also allows you to lock or unlock the flap remotely, assign specific entry and exit permissions for each pet, and use the Curfew Mode to set automatic opening and closing times—ideal for nighttime routines or vet visits.
Installation is flexible-the flap can be fitted into doors, windows, or walls using SureFlap mounting accessories (sold separately). Programming is simple with the one-button setup, and the flap stores up to 32 pet IDs in memory.
Powered by 4 x AA batteries (not included), the flap offers up to 6 months of battery life with a low battery indicator for added convenience. The product comes with a 3-year warranty, giving you peace of mind as you care for your pet’s independence and wellbeing.
