SureFeed Microchip Connect Pet Feeder

The SureFeed Microchip Pet Feeder Connect is designed to improve feeding routines in multi-pet households, providing selective access to food based on each pet’s microchip or Sure Petcare RFID Collar Tag. This ensures that only the assigned pet can access their meal—ideal for prescription diets, weight management, or reducing food-related stress between pets.

When paired with the Sure Petcare Hub (sold separately) and Sure Petcare App, the feeder provides insights into your pet’s food intake and allows you to track long-term or short-term changes in eating behavior. Integrated digital scales and portioning guides help ensure your cat receives the right amount of food each time, and meal plans can be customised within the app.

The feeder’s lid seals to keep food fresh, deter flies, and lock in odours—supporting healthy, stress-free grazing throughout the day. A training mode is available to help nervous pets adjust gradually.

How it works:

1. Simply press the “Add a Pet” button to store your pet’s microchip ID in the feeder’s memory. Once a pet approaches, the feeder reads their microchip or RFID Collar Tag, matching their unique identification number with the IDs stored in its memory. The lid opens to provide access to the food if the pet is registered to the device.
2. Battery powered (4 x C, not included) with up to 6 months battery life and a "battery low" indicator LED.
3. Reads most common microchips (excludes AVID and Trovan microchips) and the Sure Petcare RFID Collar Tag.
