Possible Side Effects
NexGard (afoxolaner) is for use in dogs only. The most frequently reported adverse reactions include vomiting, itching, lethargy, diarrhea, and lack of appetite. The safe use of NexGard in pregnant, breeding, or lactating dogs has not been evaluated. Use with caution in dogs with a history of seizures or neurologic disorders.
Drug & Food Interactions
In a well-controlled field study, NexGard was used concomitantly with other medications, such as vaccines, anthelmintics, antibiotics (including topicals), steroids, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), anesthetics, and antihistamines. No adverse reactions were observed from the concomitant use of NexGard with other medications. For specific questions about your dog, we recommend that you consult with your veterinarian.
Precautions
Afoxolaner is a member of the isoxazoline class. This class has been associated with neurologic adverse reactions including tremors, ataxia, and seizures. Seizures have been reported in dogs receiving isoxazoline class drugs, even in dogs without a history of seizures. Use with caution in dogs with a history of seizures or neurologic disorders. The safe use of NexGard in breeding, pregnant or lactating dogs has not been evaluated.

Great product
I have been using Nexgard for my fur babies for a while now and can honestly say I am extremely pleased by the protection it offers against ticks & fleas, and it is affordable as a monthly purchase.

So much easier!
My German Shepard is a very fussy little pup! We always struggle to give him medication, Nexgard makes it so easy for us, so incredible grateful. He will play with it a bit first then he will eat it, so happy!

Excellent tick and flea control
With nextgard they stay tick and flea free for more than a month. Their sleeping areas show no signs of flea activity. Great for snuggling up in bed with us. Thanks nextgard for the awesome loving experience of having the dogs cuddling up close like a pack.

Tasty Treat
My dogs think they get a treat when I give them their monthly chew. It smells delicious and they love it. Each time they have their tablet, they beg for more.... It is so funny to see them. They are completely free of any parasites. I love this product.

Great product
I have now given this to our GSDs twice and they ate it both times without hesitation, even the picky eater. We use it as a preventative measure (finding a critter in their plush coats will be impossible) and have to date had no problems (I'm a bloodsucker magnet). We usually give it after food to avoid any "digestion" problems.
